There are some best practices for life which I have written for myself. I am guilty of not following all of these practices, however, I keep going through this list from time to time and making sure I am conscious of it and do follow most of these practices:
- Wake up before Sunrise
- Don’t skip breakfast
- Exercise 20 mins to one hour everyday
- Drink 2 glasses of water 5 times a day
- Get off the internet
- Walk briskly for 30 mins
- Avoid Junk Food
- Get 6-8 hours of sleep at night
- Procrastinate Procrastination
- Ditch the elevator
- Drink a cup of green tea
- Laugh out loud for 10 mins
- Meditate 5 mins everyday
- Breathe in deep for 10 mins.
- Take a barefoot stroll on Grass
- Give sugar a pass
- Call up an old friend
